Diving & Snorkeling in Epidavros
Besides its famous theater, Epidaurus is also known for its “sunken city.” and diving & snorkeling. Part of the ancient city has been submerged by rising sea levels. You can snorkel and explore this from the beach. In our village, there are two diving organizations where you can take a diving course or get certified.

Whether you dive or not, a day trip is accessible to everyone. The activities offered range from relaxing and sunbathing on the boat to paddleboarding, snorkeling (swimming with flippers, mask, tuba), jumping from the roof of the boat, and let’s not forget Epidive’s main activity: diving. The perfect opportunity to take your first dive in the crystal-clear waters of the Saronic Gulf. We’ll head to the uninhabited island of Kyra or the island of Agistry, where we can dive the Aventis 3 wreck. The choice of the course is based on the weather. If conditions aren’t suitable, which is extremely rare, the boat captain may, for safety and seasickness reasons, opt for a day trip along the coast to explore the magnificent coves of Epidavros.
