Orange Apartments Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy is for reservations made for the accommodations at Orange Apartments in Epidavros, Greece. If a travel agreement is canceled by the traveler, the following amounts are due in addition to any booking fees:
a. up to and including 62 days before the day of departure: 10% of the travel price;
b. from 61 days to 32 days before the day of departure: 30% of the travel price;
c. from 31 days to 15 days before the day of departure: 50% of the travel price;
d. from 14 days to 8 days before the day of departure: 75% of the travel price;
e. from 7 days before departure: 100% of the travel price.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance and the reason for cancellation is covered by the insurance, the insurance will reimburse the cancellation costs charged.
Cancellation of the travel agreement by the traveler must be made in writing or by email. Cancellations outside office hours are deemed to have been made on the next business day.
Right of Withdrawal
Please note that when you book, you are making a firm reservation. You do not have a right of withdrawal after booking.
