Check-in procedure and Check-out Information
Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
After the previous guests have checked out, we will immediately prepare your accommodation for your stay. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM, so we can carefully prepare everything for the next guests between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Sometimes there is no check-out on the day of your arrival, making an earlier check-in procedure possible. However, please note that this is never possible before 12:00 PM. Feel free to contact us on the day of your arrival to discuss the options.
Please let us know approximately 15 minutes before your arrival so we can ensure someone is there to personally welcome you and hand over the keys. If you prefer to have dinner in our Fine dining Restaurant Michel, please make sure you make reservations for a table.
