We warmly welcome you to Orange Apartments in Epidaurus, Greece and request that you familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions come into effect upon making a reservation.
Principal Guest.
The person who has booked with Orange Apartments in Epidaurus, Greece through a reservations website, contact form, email, or telephone. The primary guest must be 18 years or older and is responsible for their fellow guests and must have a permanent residence.
Manager.
The person who manages the accommodations as the owner of Orange Apartments in Epidaurus, Greece, or on behalf of the owner of Orange Apartments in Epidaurus, Greece.
Third Parties.
Any other legal entity that is not a guest, manager, or owner.

Cancellation terms and conditions.

1.1
Orange Apartments is described on the website orange-apartments.nl. an orange-apartments.com
This website has been compiled with the utmost care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation at Orange Apartments at the time of our guests’ visit. Guests cannot derive any rights from such differences.
1.2
Pets are unfortunately not permitted for hygiene reasons.
1.3
On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 3:00 PM. The agreed arrival times are estimates. However, if you arrive much later or earlier, you run the risk of finding no one there to welcome you. We can, however, ensure you can enter at any time. If you are unable to arrive at the specified time, please inform us as soon as possible. Different times are only possible upon consultation. To allow for cleaning, please vacate your rooms by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
1.4
Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on our terrace restaurant. Different breakfast times are only possible upon consultation with us. If you have any special requests for breakfast (gluten-free, low-salt, vegetarian, etc.), please let us know when you make your reservation.
1.5
The accommodation has a private bathroom with a shower, sink with hot and cold running water, toilet, and includes the use of linens.
1.6
Your car can be parked in front of the accommodation. Parking is entirely at your own risk.
1.7
The manager will inform you which spaces at Orange Apartments are available and usable for you. Guests may not enter the private areas without explicit permission. The outdoor area is also separated into communal and private areas; it is highly appreciated that you do not enter the private areas.
- Prices
2.1
The accommodation prices are listed on the Orange Apartments website. The standard prices include towels and bed linen, water and electricity, breakfast and use of the swimming pool. The prices do not include other products/services that can be booked, and tourist tax.
2.2
The prices do not include cancellation and/or travel insurance costs and/or other costs.
2.3
Orange Apartments’ prices are always non-binding and subject to change.
2.4
Renting a day room or a room for a few hours is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 nights for the studios and 2 nights for the double bedroom or the studio in combination with special arrangements such as the romantic escape.
2.5
All information on our websites is deemed to have been provided in good faith and is always subject to interim adjustments. Orange Apartments is not bound by obvious errors on its websites.
- Reservations and Payment
3.1
Reservations are made through the reservation systems on the Orange Apartments website or via booking.com, Airbnb, Elizawashere, by email, or by telephone at +30 6906 427 422
3.2
After submitting a reservation request, you will receive confirmation from us as soon as possible. Confirming the reservation request does not finalize the booking.
3.3
You must pay in full upon booking. You must pay the entire reservation amount before arrival. Additional products booked at the accommodation can be paid for later by debit card or cash. 3.4
Gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of the invoice date or a pre-scheduled date must be scheduled within one year of the invoice date. The gift voucher is transferable to a third party. The cancellation policy applies to gift vouchers and no-shows or cancellations.
Orange Apartments Cancellation Policy
If a travel agreement is canceled by the traveler, the following amounts are due in addition to any booking fees:
a. up to and including 62 days before the day of departure: 10% of the travel price;
b. from 61 days to 32 days before the day of departure: 30% of the travel price;
c. from 31 days to 15 days before the day of departure: 50% of the travel price;
d. from 14 days to 8 days before the day of departure: 75% of the travel price;
e. from 7 days before departure: 100% of the travel price.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance and the reason for cancellation is covered by the insurance, the insurance will reimburse the cancellation costs charged.
Cancellation of the travel agreement by the traveler must be made in writing or by email. Cancellations outside office hours are deemed to have been made on the next business day.
Right of Withdrawal
Please note that when you book, you are making a firm reservation. You do not have a right of withdrawal after booking.
4.3
Orange Apartments can only cancel the reservation agreement in the following cases: force majeure, natural disaster, exceptional weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization, or unannounced sale. In any of these cases, the owner will provide the guest with an alternative offer as soon as possible. If this is not possible or the guest does not accept the offered alternative, a full refund will be made. Any other damages resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner.
- Complaints
5.1
We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite our best efforts, it is still possible that you have a complaint or comment. To ensure proper resolution, we ask you to inform us of this as soon as possible on-site, by email, or by phone.
- Liability.
6.1
Orange Apartments cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of their stay in the room in question. The guest indemnifies Orange Apartments against any claims in this regard. Orange Apartments is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as power outages, Wi-Fi, water supply, and technical installations, as well as unannounced or untimely construction and/or roadworks in the vicinity of Orange Apartments.
6.2
Orange Apartments accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, or accidents caused to persons and/or property during or as a result of their stay in the room(s) in question at Orange Apartments.
6.3
The main guest named in the booking confirmation is responsible for the orderly running of the room(s) in question. The belongings must be handled with care, and the room must be left tidy and in good condition. This also applies to the use of items in the accommodation, such as the kitchen, the swimming pool, and the other indoor and outdoor areas, as well as the grounds of Orange Apartments. Breakages or damage must be reported immediately to the owner by the guest. Any repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest to the owner immediately upon request. If, after check-out, it turns out that items were left broken and this was not reported to the owner, an invoice for the repair and/or replacement costs will still be issued.
- Safety.
7.1
Due to the fire hazard caused by drought and for your own safety and that of Orange Apartments, smoking and open flames are prohibited on the grounds of Orange Apartments, except in designated areas. Smoking is only permitted on the terraces surrounding the accommodation. Not on the restaurant terrace or near the pool. The misuse of fire extinguishers or the tampering of smoke detectors is prohibited.
7.2
Other facilities on the property must be used with care and in accordance with their intended use by guests. The safety of any young children must be guaranteed by their parents or guardians. This includes height differences on the property, pets, locks, cars, surrounding roads, cycle paths, etc.
7.3
Feeding our dog on private property without prior consultation is prohibited.
- Final provision of these terms and conditions.
8.1
Unless otherwise provided in rules of private international law, these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Non-Dutch-speaking guests are deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.
8.2
All disputes arising from the User Agreement or these Terms and Conditions will be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the rules of private international law provide otherwise.
8.3
Neither party may transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
8.4
If and to the extent that any provision in the User Agreement and these Terms and Conditions proves to be void, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect, and the void article will be deemed to have been amended in such a way that it is brought into line with the apparent intentions of the parties.
